MotoGP | GP Aragon Race: Franco Morbidelli, “It was a good race”

MotoGP Gp Motorland Aragon Yamaha MotoGP Race – Franco Morbidelli closed the Aragon Grand Prix, tenth stage of the 2020 MotoGP, in sixth position.

The Petronas team rider, after a good start, tried to keep up with the leaders, but with the start of tire degradation he was forced to slow down.

“I struggled to fight with the other riders at the start of the race, we had the medium front tire and I lost too much ground in the early stages, fighting with some riders. Towards the end I was catching Maverick [Viñales] but I didn't get close enough to attack him, he was keeping his distance. Unfortunately, I also lost to Takaaki [Nakagami] in the last corner. It was still a good race, especially in the last twelve laps where I managed to maintain a really constant pace. We're missing something, so we'll try to fix it for next weekend.”
