MotoGP | GP Aragon Day 1: Rins, “We are in the top 10, even if by a small margin”
"The pace gives me hope for tomorrow," declared the Suzuki rider
MotoGP GP Aragon MotoGP Suzuki – Satisfaction at Suzuki for Alex Rins' tenth fastest time in the first two free practice sessions valid for the Aragon Grand Prix, the tenth round of this 2020 MotoGP world championship.
Despite the cold and the lack of feeling with the front, especially in the morning session, the Iberian managed to score some good lap times, earning himself, at least for the moment, direct access to Q2.
The objective will be to confirm ourselves at these levels tomorrow too, so as to gain a starting position in line with Suzuki's potential on the MotorLand Aragon track.

“Today's goal was to get inside the top 10 and I achieved it, even if by a small margin. I made some mistakes during my fast laps, but I know I have a good pace, which is why I'm quite confident ahead of tomorrow. This morning it was quite cold and it was tough. I rode carefully, above all to stay safe and to manage the bike as best as possible. I think tomorrow will be easier and I can't wait to jump on the bike."
