MotoGP GP Andalusia 2020 LCR Honda – Fourth place for Taakaki Nakagami in the Andalusian Grand Prix, the second round of this 2020 MotoGP world championship. After yesterday's excellent qualifying, the standard bearer of the LCR Honda team managed to maximize the potential of his technical package, giving the team important points.

A different story however for Cal Crutchlow, slowed down significantly by the consequences of last Sunday's accident. The Englishman finished the Jerez race in 13th position.

“Today was really tough but I managed to complete the race and finish in the points… despite a small pit stop! After the start I was "bottled up" at the first corner and lost several positions after some riders crashed but from the first lap I gave it my all. At a certain point in the race my right arm, which was doing double the work to overcome the problem with the left one, lost strength and I decided to return to the garage to avoid taking any risks. But once I got to the pit lane they warned me that I was in the points so I set off again and gave my all to finish this race: I owed it to myself and the team."

“We were so close… Valentino and the podium were only five tenths away I think, but I'm quite happy. For all 25 laps I gave my all, I had an excellent feeling with the bike and throughout the race we fought close to the podium. It was difficult and in some places I really struggled to find grip, but it was the same for everyone. The team did a great job all weekend and the bike has improved a lot compared to last weekend. I hope we can move forward in this direction, we have a few days to rest and then we go to Brno; we hope to get a podium as soon as possible!”
