MotoGP | Private test day in Misano for: Honda, KTM and Aprilia

MotoGP Test – After the San Marino and Rimini Riviera Grand Prix, some teams decided to stop for a day for a private test session.

On track since the morning: Honda Repsol, with Marc Marquez and Dani Pedrosa, Aprilia, with Aleix Espargarò and Scott Redding, and KTM, with Pol Espargarò and test rider Randy De Puniet. Austrian team rider Bradley Smith is absent.

The British rider announced this weekend that he had been hired by Aprilia as a Tester (here the news) and probably the 'orange' house preferred not to let him try the new features in view of 2019.

Aprilia and KTM, taking advantage of the possibility granted by the regulation to have unlimited test days, will also stop tomorrow.

Between now and the end of the season, Honda Repsol will have another day of testing available, having used 4 of the 5 available, while Yamaha and Ducati completed them with the test in Aragon last week.
