MotoGP – Estoril Qualifying – Carlos Checa: “Last place not exciting!”

Carlos Checa's return (even if for only two races) to the world championship did not start in the best way. The Spanish centaur of Team Pramac will in fact start from last position in the Portuguese GP. The cancellation of qualifying due to bad weather and the other wet sessions certainly didn't help him. The word is up to him.

“The last position on the starting grid for my return to the world of MotoGP is not exciting. However, I am very happy to have improved my feeling with the bike this morning and to have reduced my best time by almost half a second. For now that's fine. I hope to have the chance to do the whole warm up tomorrow morning in order to further improve my feeling."
