MotoGP – Estoril Day 1 – Grip problems for Cardoso

Jose Luis Cardoso encountered quite a few difficulties on the first day of testing in Estoril, in the Portuguese GP. The Ducati Pramac D'Antin Team rider, who lives about 400 km from the Portuguese circuit, is suffering from a lack of grip at the rear and will try to resolve the problem together with the team tomorrow.

“Compared to this morning, there have been improvements but it is certainly not enough. Tomorrow we will continue to work on the set-up, we need more grip on the rear. There are still various solutions to try and I'm sure we will continue to progress. Together with my team, we will do our best so as not to disappoint the public who will be there to follow me on Sunday; living just over 400km from here, it's almost a home race for me."
