MotoGP – Donington Park: Marco Melandri will not be at the start

Marco Melandri will not participate in the British MotoGP GP taking place today at Donington Park. The decision was made in mutual agreement with Dr. Costa. Melandri had suffered a fall after colliding with Kawasaki rider Alex Hoffmann and suffered a fracture of the thumb on his right hand.
The Yamaha rider will return to Brno on August 22nd.
