MotoGP: Danilo Petrucci and Iodaracing collect data in Jerez

Danilo Petrucci was the driver who traveled the fewest kilometers during the winter tests. Iodaracing (led by Giampiero Sacchi) had in fact missed both Sepang tests and only showed up at the Losail pre-GP test.

The lack of km, a new motorbike (the ART), with new electronics, had slowed down the debut of the rider from Terni, who for this very reason had said he was enthusiastic about being able to test in Jerez. On the last day the weather complicated the plans, but “Petrux” said he was still satisfied. The word is up to him.

“I am very happy to have had the opportunity to do this test. We need to cover kilometers and we have succeeded in doing so. The Art is a fantastic bike but it rides in a completely different way to the one I used last year so for me it was essential to test on a track other than Losail where we did the tests and the race. It's just a shame about the weather, which partly ruined this last day of work.”
