MotoGP: record-breaking Cielo TV for the Argentine Grand Prix

MotoGP GP Argentina ratings on TV – Another record weekend for the free-to-air channel Cielo (DDT channel 26 and TivùSat channel 19), which broadcast the deferred broadcast of the three classes of the Argentine Grand Prix. There were an average of 1 million and 400 thousand spectators for Valentino Rossi's 110th career victory, the 84th in the Top Class.

A race lived first on the distance duel with Marquez, with whom a few laps from the end the Pesaro rider engaged in a duel that forced the Spaniard to dare more than necessary, with the consequence of a fall after a contact. The duel gave Cielo a record share of 14,66% and, for all 45 minutes of the race, the title of most watched channel ever in Italy.

A race that once again saw Andrea Dovizioso on the second step of the podium, masterfully riding the Ducati GP15 and managing to take home second place. Another peak (share of 18,81%) was recorded when Cal Crutchlow overtook Andrea Iannone's other factory Ducati, which took the Briton to the third step of the podium. Next appointment on Cielo next May 3rd with the Spanish Grand Prix.
