A truly emotional Casey Soner is the one speaking at the presentation of the 2011 Repsol Honda Team. The former Ducati rider remembered when he saw the Repsol colors on Mick Doohan's bike and having the opportunity to race on it is a great emotion for him . In the tests he will try to better understand the potential of the RC212V, a bike which had largely satisfied him on a particular circuit like Valencia. The word is up to him.

“I'm really excited! It's a great emotion to wear the Repsol Honda colors for the first time. When I was a child, I saw them used by Mick Doohan who won many championships with us and it is an honor to be part of this team. I can't wait to get on the bike, because the first test in November was very positive, but Valencia is a particular track. Here in Sepang, it will be important to better understand the strengths of the RC212V and where we need to improve to be competitive on every track. I know it will be a difficult season, because there are many strong riders, starting with my two teammates, but I am very motivated for this new challenge.”
