MotoGP 2015 Aprilia Racing Team Gresini Preview Indianapolis – once the summer break is over, Aprilia resumes its global journey with great news: the hiring of Stefan bradl until the end of the season.
The German (formerly Honda Factory and Yamaha Open) could be a decisive element in the continuous development work of the RS-GPs, already excellently conducted by Alvaro Bautista who also managed to achieve an excellent 10th place in Barcelona during the season.

“Unfortunately, during the summer break I didn't have much time to relax,” he commented Alvaro Bautista – I would have liked to spend some time on the beach, but it wasn't possible. In fact, after the Sachsenring race, the right forearm that was operated on for compartment syndrome swelled a lot and so I had to undergo physiotherapy and undergo various medical checks. In any case, I arrive at Indianapolis very focused and intending to continue the development work carried out in the first half of the championship: Indianapolis is a very particular track, having been created to be driven in the opposite direction, but here too we want to continue to collect important data to define next year's bike. I also welcome Bradl: it is undoubtedly positive to be able to count on a competitive teammate and I hope that together we can advance the development of the RS-GP more quickly."

“I can't wait to get to Indianapolis and start this new, great adventure – are the first words of Stefan bradl. It won't be easy initially, it's obvious: I'll have to get used to a new team and a new bike, so my main objective in this first Grand Prix is to get to know my technicians and become familiar with the behavior of the bike. As regards my injured right wrist, the situation is good: I am very happy because my hand is no longer giving me problems and lately I have been able to carry out the same training program that I did before the injury. During the summer break the recovery process continued well and last Monday I also received the OK from the doctors to compete in Indy. I recently also trained with Motocross to check the sensations on the motorbike: I don't yet know how I will feel riding a MotoGP, but I think I will arrive in Indianapolis already close to 100% physically fit."

Better that neither of them get hurt then, because they don't seem in perfect shape to me.

Bradl is another rider who has ridden a Honda, even better than Bautista's, and then a Yamaha certainly not at the top, but still on average better than Aprilia, he will certainly be able to help more than Melandri who hasn't raced in MotoGP for years.

However, they are and will remain the ones furthest behind, they will have to steal other riders and technicians in the future, to steal some know-how from Honda, Yamaha, Ducati and Suzuki who are a little further ahead.
