MotoGP – Barcelona Free Practice – Excellent result for Aleix Espargaro
Great performance today in Barcelona (stage of the seventh stage of the 2010 world championship) for Aleix Espargarò. The Pramac Racing rider in fact brought his Ducati Desmosedici to sixth position with a time of 1'44.136. Great satisfaction therefore for the Spanish driver who has an extra boost by racing at home. The word is up to him.
“How nice to be able to be so fast in front of your audience! We are improving from race to race, even in the free sessions. At Silverstone on Friday I was eighth, at Assen seventh and now sixth. It's my home circuit and I want to do my best to be able to leave everyone with a good memory of me. Today's is my best placing since I've been racing in MotoGP. Of course, getting the result doesn't matter today, but I would say it's better to start like this. Tomorrow will be a great battle again but I will try to maintain the good level of today."
