MotoGP GP Catalunya 2017 Barcelona Ducati Pramac – Danilo Petrucci, fresh from the splendid podium at Mugello, was among the protagonists of the Pre-GP press conference of the Catalunya Grand Prix. The Pramac Racing rider spoke about the emotions of Mugello and what he expects from this race, he has the say.

“After the podium I must have done 100 interviews, always telling the same story, then we had a dinner with a 3 Michelin star chef and it was even harder than the race...Then I went to the hotel and watched the GP again, I wasn't able to to party – said Danilo Petrucci as reported by Sky Sport – Seeing him again confirmed the same impressions I had in the race, when Vinales overtook me, and I was third, I turned around, I never do this but I was racing for one important thing, for the podium, I wanted to check how many other people there were in this party. But there was only one, the worst, Rossi.”

The man from Terni has improved a lot in terms of consistency compared to previous seasons.

“This year I improved a lot in terms of consistency, I'm satisfied. The championship is going well for us, even if we had some problems at Le Mans. I'm happy to have found the right speed.”

Petrux then talked about his position in the rankings.

“I could be further ahead in the standings, but we are at the beginning of the year, we are trying many different things with the Ducati, it was expected that every now and then something might not work. At the moment the bike works well, that's the important thing.”
