Marc Marquez – 1st – : “I had a very good race, I feel great on this circuit, I also like the people and the American style. I felt good on the left side, certainly the race wasn't exciting but I got these 25 very important points"
Jorge Lorenzo – 2nd – : “I started well but went wide at the first corner. When braking I couldn't stop well, I was at a disadvantage but I knew it would be difficult after the crash this morning because the track was slippery. However, a good result arrived."
Andrea Iannone – 3rd – : “First podium of the season, after 2 difficult races for us. I want to dedicate the podium to Ducati and my team, after the Argentina race. Vale caught up with Lorenzo. His rivals crashed in practice, he, unfortunately, was in the race alone and was going through a negative moment in his race. He probably would have recovered something from those in front, but he didn't seem to have the "podium" pace.
Pedrosa, what can I say, he said it badly, very badly and even knocked out Dovizioso. Dovizioso went to the garage for an apology, a sign of great humility to recognize his own mistakes in this way. Always very honest.
Dovizioso, once again a zero. He was having a great race, a race that I didn't expect from him, but it's nice to be proven wrong by these performances, except then came the blow from Pedrosa. He certainly didn't have Marquez's pace, but he wasn't far from Lorenzo's pace and, perhaps, with that engine he has, he could have stayed close to him, he could have not let him go and try something in the final, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. The races pass and the points remain unchanged damn.
