Hector Barberà he closes with his Pramac team Ducati at the 9th place at just over 4 tenths, the first day of free practice. The Spaniard slipped at the start of the second round, but despite the crash he managed to resume the session without problems and finish just two thousandths behind Valentino Rossi, confirming that all the Ducatis are going strong on the Dutch track.

“I'm happy with how these tests went – said Barbera – shame only for the slip in the second round. I was changing gear, but third gear didn't go in and there was that little hesitation that made me slip. It doesn't matter, the important thing is the result, I'm ninth but only just over 4 tenths from the leaders, which isn't bad. My team is working very well and I'm confident for tomorrow's tests."
