Dutch GP MotoGP Repsol Honda Team – Marc Marquez finished the Catalan Grand Prix in second position, a result thanks to which he managed to move up in the standings, bringing himself 23 points behind the world championship leader, Maverick Vinales.

The new challenge for the reigning world champion will be the Dutch Grand Prix, on the Assen circuit. Here last year the Honda rider finished in second place in the daring race interrupted by rain.

In his career, the rider from Cervera managed to win in all categories: 1 victory in 125, 2 in Moto2 and one in MotoGP. He also managed to get on the podium 3 more times and collect 2 poles.

These are the words of Marc Marquez: “We return from a positive race and a promising day of testing in Catalunya, so we can't wait to get back on the bike and continue at the same level in the next race. I like Assen. We had some exciting rides and many good memories. Of course the weather is always unpredictable and things change very quickly, so we need to be ready to adapt as we did in 2014 and last year. That, coupled with the fact that every race this season seems quite unpredictable, means that we have to be fully focused and work hard from Friday morning to find a good setup for our bike and tires, the aim is to fight for the podium in the race."
