MotoGP 2015 Movistar Yamaha Dutch TT Race – Jorge Lorenzo finished the MotoGP class Dutch Grand Prix in third position. Despite a great start, the Yamaha champion was unable to keep up with Valentino Rossi and Marc Marquez, who preceded him at the finish line. Now his gap from Rossi has risen to 10 points and in two weeks the Sachsenring arrives, a circuit where he has never won. The word is up to him.

“We are still ten points behind the leader and in the end it is a good result. After Argentina I was on 29 points and to be on ten after a difficult weekend is not that bad. I made a good start, I was really focused on the first lap to recover positions and I did it faster than I expected, because I was already in third position when we crossed the finish line on the first lap – said Jorge Lorenzo – I tried to keep up with Valentino and Marc, but they were really strong and I realized that today was not my day. Today the objective was to maintain this third place, which is very good for the championship. If we end up in third place when they have problems, that's a good sign. Valentino was more competitive here from the start, while Marc improved his bike and kept that pace more easily. With the hard tire we had more problems and especially in two sectors we weren't fast enough. In only two sectors I lost half a second and this didn't allow me to be competitive. At the Sachsenring it will be a complicated race, because he has never won there, but you never know, we'll see."
