MotoGP Assen: Andrea Dovizioso “I'm sorry for Lorenzo, but the white lines here are very slippery”

First day of testing in Assen with two faces for Ducati and Andrea Dovizioso. In fact, this morning the rider from Forlì was very far from the top (11th at 1.778), while in the afternoon with the wet conditions he reduced the gap from the leaders, moving up to fifth position by just over a second.

“This morning we struggled in the dry, we had a very big gap. In the afternoon, however, in the wet, things improved, the bike handled better and we had a good pace."

Dovizioso then spoke about the fall that caused Lorenzo to fracture his left collarbone, after the Majorcan touched the white line in the wet.

“Here the white lines are very slippery, I also noticed this this morning in the dry. He grazed her and took a bad fall. I'm sorry, it's always sad when a rider gets hurt."
