MotoGP Aragon Day 1: Pedrosa, “I'm happy with this day”

GP Argentina MotoGP Honda Repsol – First day of free practice on the Aragon circuit to remember for Dani Pedrosa, who finished with the best overall performance.

Since the first free practice session, which ended with the second fastest time, the Honda Spaniard managed to be competitive even in difficult conditions. In the second session, with the asphalt gradually drying out, he managed to set the best time and be the only rider of the day to go under 2 minutes.

These are the words of Dani Pedrosa: “I'm happy with this day, even if it was obviously a bit strange. Both times we were preparing to go to the track, it started to rain and we had to change the set-up and the tyres. As it happened, we never had the opportunity to adapt with the dry tires and we didn't do many laps in the rain because the track was wet, but not wet enough. This afternoon in particular, the last part of the track was almost dry, the long straight and the last corner, and the tires were heating up a lot. Tomorrow we will see what conditions we will have and what sensation we can find.”
