MotoGP: Aprilia at Silverstone to replicate the double points finish

MotoGP 2015 Aprilia Racing Team Gresini Preview Silverstone – it had never happened in this season of return to racing that both RS-GPs finished in the points at the same time. After the excellent result in Brno, the boys of the Italian Team are ready to replicate and continue this path in progress. The next goal for Alvaro Bautista e Stefan bradl however, it is to improve on Friday and Saturday so as to be able to play our cards as best we can in the race.

“Silverstone is a very fast track and on which I have had good races in the past – he said Alvaro Bautista – once again we will start practically from scratch, because it is a track on which we have never tested and therefore we will not be able to use any references. After the good sensations obtained in Brno, we still arrive at this event recharged, ready to continue our development work: in this sense we will continue to use the new chassis tested in the Czech Republic. We will try to start the weekend well straight away, working to improve the set -up of the bike and my sensations on the bike: the track presents many quick changes of direction and also the weather is always very unstable, so we will have to be prepared for any eventuality".

Our priority for this event will once again be to work to improve the consistency of performance over the race distance."
