GP Aragon Gresini Racing – Enea Bastianini closed the first day of testing for the Aragon Grand Prix (15th stage of the 2022 MotoGP) in fourth position.

The Gresini Racing driver, who will have to work on the front and electronics of his Desmosedici GP, underlined how this is a track where he has always suffered in practice but where he did well in the race. Here's what he said to the "Beast".

Enea Bastianini Statements Day 1 GP Aragon MotoGP 2022

“It went quite well, I'd say we had two good rounds. There were difficult conditions, the track was slow, and there was little grip. We had made some changes that didn't help us, so we went back to a standard setup. We'll have to work on the electronics, the setting, we'll see tomorrow. I think there is margin, but a lot will depend on the conditions. We'll have to work on the front, I'm struggling to get the mileage. We did well in T3, while in T4 a reference always helps. Here I have always struggled in practice while I did well in the race.”
