“Today I'm happy because I started riding the bike the way I want and we got closer to the leaders. The road is long, but I closed the gap to Oliveira's best KTM and lowered my time by about a second. Today they were impressive up front, but we worked well. There is still work to be done to reduce the gap. We are only at the beginning and we are competing with riders who have been on the bike for much longer.”

“This bike has very good power delivery and also good braking and this will help on tracks where you brake hard and where there is little grip. When the tire drops you can make a difference. There's still a long way to go but we're getting closer. We have the data from the other bikes and there are points where I gain and others where I lose. I enjoyed riding the bike, I gave the team more correct instructions and I felt good sensations. Tomorrow we will work again, we have many ideas, the Team knows me better and better and on the last day we will try to do a race simulation. At the end of the tests I would like to be in line with the best KTM rider.”
