MotoGP | Misano Test Day 2: Aleix Espargarò finishes ahead of everyone
Second position for Nakagami's Honda LCR, Marini ninth
MotoGP Misano Test Day 2 – The second day of IRTA testing of the MotoGP class at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli ended with the best time of Aleix Espargarò. The Aprilia rider recorded his best time in 1:31.584 ahead of the Honda of Takaaki Nakagami's LCR team and the Suzuki of the reigning world champion, Joan Mir.
Fourth time for the Yamaha of Fabio Quartararo's Monster Energy team ahead of the other Aprilia of Maverick Vinales and the Hondas of the Repsol team of Pol Espargarò and Marc Marquez.
Jack Miller's Ducati Factory was eighth followed by Luca Marini's Ducati of the SKY VR46 Avintia team with Brad Binder's KTM closing the Top 10 times.
Pecco Bagnaia finished second in the combined times and did not take part in the afternoon test:

For Valentino Rossi it was the last day of testing of his career. The Doctor did not rule out a future as a test rider:
