MotoGP GP Valencia Free Practice 3 – The third free practice session of the MotoGP class at the Ricardo Tormo in Valencia, where the last stage of the 2021 MotoGP is scheduled for tomorrow, was as usual very close.

The drivers battled to seek direct access to Q2 and at the end of the session there were a "tide" of "red" helmets, which indicate the best time sectors.

In the end it was Aleix Espargarò (Aprilia) who came out on top, setting the best time with a time of 1:30.529, just as his brother Pol (Honda) was in the medical center after a terrible high-side (the initial information suggests of a strong blow to the right hemithorax, ed.).

Second time for Jack Miller's Ducati, trailing the Aprilia by just 18 thousandths and in turn ahead of our Franco Morbidelli (Yamaha) and Francesco Bagnaia (Ducati).

Jorge Martin with the Ducati Pramac is fifth, ahead of Joan Mir's Suzuki, Takaaki Nakagami's Honda LCR, Johann Zarco's second Ducati Pramac and the Yamaha of new world champion Fabio Quartararo.

Excellent performance by Valentino Rossi (Yamaha Petronas), who in his last race of a glorious career finished tenth just 0.296s from the top (taking advantage of the slipstream of Bagnaia's Ducati, ed.) and went directly to Q2, which didn't happen to him time ago. They will have to pass through Q1 among others: Alex Rins, Brad Binder, Iker Lecuona, Luca Marini, Danilo Petrucci, Maverick Vinales, Andrea Dovizioso and Enea Bastianini.

Absent is Marc Marquez, struggling with a double vision problem after a fall with his enduro bike (Click here to find out more).
