MotoGP | GP Le Mans: Morbidelli, “Wonderful to be back on the podium, I would like to repeat myself”

MotoGP GP France Yamaha Petronas SRT 2021 – Franco Morbidelli, after the podium achieved in Jerez, can't wait to get back on track in Le Mans, where the fifth race of the 2021 MotoGP World Championship is scheduled for Sunday.

The Italian-Brazilian rider of Team Petronas is confident of doing well on a track that suits Yamaha well. The post-Jerez test gave him a further boost, here's what he said "Soft".

“Le Mans is a circuit that I like, I won a race in Moto2 and then I had good results. In Monday's test in Jerez we focused on braking and this is a circuit where you have to be really strong on the brakes. The turns are also quite complicated and it is important to do the first one correctly, to make the subsequent ones easier. I hope to be able to confirm the positive feedback and feeling I had from the test and I hope it can be useful for the weekend. It was wonderful to be back on the podium in Jerez, I hope I can do it again this weekend.”
