MotoGP GP Spain Jerez Ducati 2021 – Ducati double in Jerez with Jack Miller winner and Francesco Bagnaia second and new leader of the world championship standings.

There were great celebrations in the garage for the two-wheeled "Red" (which hadn't won in Jerez since 2006), with a wild Davide Tardozzi as usual. Also present was the General Director and father of Desmosedici Gigi Dall'Igna who commented as follows.

Statements Gigi Dall'Igna, General Director of Ducati Corse Spanish GP Jerez Race

“I think I'm the happiest person in the world right now: Jerez has always been a historically difficult track for Ducati, so being able to finish in first and second place today is very important for us, especially from a technical point of view . Both drivers had an exceptional race and were very good. They were able to conduct a mature race: Jack maintained an excellent pace and managed his race to perfection and Pecco, who had struggled a bit at the beginning of this weekend, managed to have a great race, finishing in second place and he is now leading the world championship. Congratulations to both of you, to the team and to all of Ducati Corse.”
