MotoGP GP Austin Ducati 2021 – “Pecco” Bagnaia doesn't give up, after winning in Aragon and Misano with as many poles, he also wins the pole position of the Grand Prix of the Americas, 15th stage of the 2021 MotoGP, scheduled for Sunday in Austin at 21pm Italian time.

The Ducati rider got the better of Fabio Quartararo (Yamaha Factory, who has a 48 point advantage over the Ducati rider, ed.) and Marc Marquez, with the Spaniard from Honda having always obtained pole on this track. Here's what the #63 of the two-wheeled "Red" had to say to Sky Sport.

Statements Francesco Bagnaia GP Austin Qualifying

“This weekend started off badly and we weren't in a good place until FP3. We then changed the Misano setting again and the feeling returned. I also have to thank Jack (Miller), in FP4 I followed him and saw where to improve T1. I found the feeling and the good sensations again. On the first attempt I didn't do a perfect lap, then on the second I did a great lap. I risked locking the steering at turns two and six and then at the big bend I was lying down."

Statements Francesco Bagnaia Race Predictions GP Austin Qualifying

“Now there's the unknown of the race, but I'm happy to have straightened out a weekend that started badly, something that I wouldn't have succeeded in the past. I got another pole and in FP4 we had a good pace. At the moment you don't feel I'm stronger than Fabio (Quartararo), there isn't a better or worse rider, in the end we're here to try to be among the fastest. The best driver is the one who is most consistently fast.”
