MotoGP GP Motorland Aragon Ducati 2021 – Francesco Bagnaia said he was enthusiastic about the first day of free practice held at the Motorland of Aragon, the scene of the thirteenth stage of the 2021 MotoGP.

The Ducati rider was fast both in terms of race pace and flying lap and the fact that five Ducatis are in the Top Ten gives him hope. “Pecco” who finished sixth in the combined classification, commented on his day as follows.

Statements Francesco Bagnaia GP Aragon Day 1

“It's one of the first times this year that I get on the track and immediately I feel perfectly comfortable with everything. It's something that helps me a lot in terms of concentration and riding on used tyres. This morning we did two runs of 10 laps and the last lap was only two tenths slower than the best. This afternoon we tried the hard and I felt good and despite a crash I didn't lose the feeling, lapping in 1:49.1. The time-attack wasn't bad either and even though it wasn't a perfect lap, we managed to be in the Top Ten. There are five Ducatis in the top ten, so it's a very positive day for us.”
