MotoGP Ducati Team – Luigi Dall'Igna, General Director of Ducati Corse, spoke at the presentation of the Aruba Superbike Team and also addressed the topic of MotoGP, with the World Championship which will start on March 8th in Qatar.

Dall'Igna is convinced that at the moment the new Michelin tires penalize Honda and Ducati, but he reiterated that he is confident for the first race of the year. Ducati are working hard and the next tests scheduled for Losail will be fundamental.

Statements Luigi Dall'Igna, General Director of Ducati Corse MotoGP 2020

“The new tire probably penalized us and Honda compared to everyone else. However, I don't think it will penalize us in the end. The Sepang test made us understand some things, we certainly didn't have the ideal setting for that condition, but I expect that by working only on the set-up we could improve. We have some ideas that we will implement in the next tests in Qatar and I remain confident for the first race of the world championship."
