MotoGP – After the cancellation of the premier class race in Qatar and the moving of the Thai Grand Prix to the end of the season, the Austin Grand Prix, which should have been held on April 5th, will also be canceled. We already had it spoken here and now the postponement is official.

A few days ago a state of emergency was announced in the Texan capital, which would not have allowed the race to take place. In fact, events involving more than 2500 spectators will not be permitted. South By Southwest 2020, a highly anticipated musical and cinematographic event in the United States, scheduled to start on March 13th and run until March 22nd, had also been cancelled.

The Grand Prix has been postponed to November, exactly from the 13th to the 15th of the month, while Valencia, which was scheduled on those dates, will be held the following week, from the 20th to the 22nd of November.

The next GP (it would be the first for the Top Class riders, given that only Moto3 and Moto2 had raced in Qatar) should take place on April 19th in Argentina, barring defections due to coronavirus.
