MotoGP | Misano test: Fabio Quartararo, “We were really fast”

MotoGP Test Misano Petronas Yamaha MotoGP – Fabio Quartararo ended the two-day IRTA test of the MotoGP class held at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli in the lead.

The French rookie from the Petronas SRT team said he was very satisfied with the work done and can't wait to get on track for the Misano and Riviera di Rimini Grand Prix over the weekend, scheduled for September 15th.

“We tried some really positive settings on the front, a positive thing because there is a lot of braking at Misano and you have to have a good feeling with the bike. We didn't do as many laps on the second day compared to the first, but we found some good things for the race. I can't wait for the GP weekend, we were really fast. The times won't mean too much for the race because we will have very different grip levels, but I was able to put in a fantastic lap, I have good pace and we will come into the race with over 150 laps already done.”
