MotoGP GP Malaysia Gallery – The MotoGP class Malaysian Grand Prix saw Maverick Vinales redeem the Australian Grand Prix. After having hit the front row, the Yamaha rider crossed the finish line solo ahead of his Honda compatriot Marc Marquez and Ducati's Andrea Dovizioso from Forlì.

For Vinales this is the second victory of the season after the one in Assen. Marc Marquez's second place instead gave another record to the #93 Repsol Honda Team. He is in fact the rider with the most points in the season (record that belonged to Jorge Lorenzo, ed.) and the Valencia race is still missing.

Andrea Dovizioso returns to the podium after the difficult race at Phillip Island. “DesmoDovi” just like Marquez started from the back, exactly from the fourth row and was the author of a great comeback.

Valentino Rossi had a good race, finishing fourth at the finish line after a good fight with Dovizioso. Dull race for the Yamaha M1s of Team Petronas of pole-man Fabio Quartararo and the Italian-Brazilian Franco Morbidelli.

The two were never in contention for the top positions and finished in seventh and sixth position respectively.

Difficult race for Danilo Petrucci who finished ninth behind former team-mate Jack Miller (Pramac Ducati). However, a good performance by Johann Zarco, who while fighting for the top 8 positions was knocked to the ground by Joan Mir, with the Spaniard penalized with a long lap penalty.
