MotoGP Gp Australia Phillip Island Monster Yamaha Preview – After the crash at Motegi, Valentino Rossi can't wait to get on track at Phillip Island, one of his favorite tracks.

The "Doctor", fresh from disappointing results to say the least, hopes to be able to return as a protagonist, but to do so he will first have to do a good qualifying, which has now become fundamental in MotoGP.

The feeling with his Yamaha M1 is struggling to arrive, while his team-mate Maverick Vinales and his brand mates Franco Morbidelli and Fabio Quartararo are going really strong, especially the Team Petronas rookie and Vinales.

In the premier class the nine-time world champion won here consecutively from 2001 to 2005 and crossed the finish line first again in 2014. He came second in 2008, 2009, 2016, 2017 and third in 2000, 2006, 2007, 2010 and 2013.

Valentino Rossi Statements Australian GP Phillip Island Preview

“In the last few races we haven't been fast enough, but we are working hard. We're going to Australia to race at Phillip Island, a track that I really like and I hope to be able to have a good race. We have to work hard to be competitive straight away. We will do our best!"

As an early Rossini fan, I tell you: no more excuses, the other Yamahas are going strong, yours isn't. Think about the reason. Otherwise prepare the nail for the helmet…..
