The problems seem to derive from the chassis and especially in T4 there is a significant loss on the time clock. This is a difficult debut for the rider from Ascoli, a challenge to take on and complete on race Sunday. In Qatar last year Fenati finished on the podium, repeating it will be tough with these pre-conditions but the driver seems determined to compete in the race despite everything.

“We lose a little too much, especially in the last sector, and we have to work. We have cycling problems. I rode slower than last year but it's only the beginning. We have until Sunday to find a better set-up and let's see if we can do it in the race."
