Moto3 Phillip Island, Warm Up: Alex Marquez ahead of Jack Miller, Fenati is seventh

Alex Marquez set the best time in the warm up of the Moto3 class at Phillip Island, scene of the sixteenth stage of the 2014 world championship.
The world championship leader stopped the clock at a time of 1:36.289, allowing him to get behind home rider Jack Miller, who follows him in the championship by 25 points.
Third time for Alex Rins. Marquez's team-mate is ahead of compatriots Juanfran Guevara and Efren Vazquez and the British Danny Kent. Seventh time for Romano Fenati, who stopped his clock +0.662s from the top. The Team Sky VR46 rider, who will start from the fourth row in the race, is ahead of Isaac Vinales, Alexis Masbou and Niklas Ajo.
Fourteenth and fifteenth position for Alessandro Tonucci (Mahindra) and Niccolò Antonelli (KTM), while Andrea Migno (Mahindra) and Enea Bastianini (KTM) are in seventeenth and nineteenth position respectively.
The other Italians are further back; Andrea Locatelli (Mahindra) is twenty-second, Francesco Bagnaia (KTM) twenty-fifth and Matteo Ferrari (Mahindra) twenty-ninth.
