Moto3 Mugello, Qualifying: Fourth pole of 2012 for Maverick Vinales

Ideal weather (29° in the air and 48° on the asphalt) for the Moto3 class qualifying at Mugello, theater of the TIM Italian Grand Prix, ninth stage and turning point of the 2012 world championship.

The pole position was won after a really tight session by Maverick Vinales, his fourth pole of 2012. The Team Blusens Avintia driver achieved it right under the checkered flag with a "monster" time of 1:57.980, timed close to the record set by the "old" 125cc achieved last year by Johann Zarco with a time of 1'57.783 and below the pole of 2011 (1'58.988).
