Moto3 Misano, FP1: Canet ahead of Fenati and Mir

Misano GP Moto3 Free Practice 1 – The Moto3 class riders opened the 2017 MotoGP weekend as usual, this time at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli, scene of the thirteenth race of the season.

The best of these Free Practice 1 was Aron Canet, who stopped the clock at a time of 1:46.518. The Honda rider (Monlau Competicion) preceded our Romano Fenati by 0.151s, riding the Honda of Team Marinelli Rivacold Snipers.

Third time for the world championship leader Joan Mir, who riding the Team Leopard Honda is ahead of the KTMs of Marcos Ramirez and Philipp Oettl and our Fabio di Giannantonio, riding the Team Gresini Honda.

Closing out in the Top Ten are Juanfran Guevara, John McPhee, Livio Loi and Enea Bastianini, author of two crashes that were resolved without consequences.

Tony Arbolino, riding the Honda of Team SIC58 Squadra Corse is eleventh, Marco Bezzecchi on Mahindra of Team CIP thirteenth, while Niccolò Antonelli (KTM Red Bull Ajo) and Nicolò Bulega (KTM Sky VR46) occupy twenty-first and twenty-second positions respectively.

Lorenzo Dalla Porta (Mahindra, Team Aspar) is twenty-sixth, ahead of Andrea Migno (KTM Sky VR46), while Manuel Pagliani is twenty-ninth. The wild cards Kevin Zannoni and Alex Fabbri close the time classification.
