Moto3 2015 Phillip Island QP – both drivers today concluded the qualifying session extremely far from where they would have expected: Enea Bastianini 29th (1'37″697) ed Andrea Locatelli 32nd (1'38"242).
Tomorrow the standard bearers of the Gresini Racing Team are expected to face a comeback race made even more difficult by the difficulties in finding the ideal setting.

“Today went badly and I'm not happy – he commented bitterly Enea Bastianini. Unfortunately I still can't be fast and I don't feel comfortable: yesterday's problems remain and what's more, now I also struggle when braking. Tomorrow we will have to work in the Warm Up to try to improve for the race."

“Probably due to the higher temperatures encountered today, the rear of the bike was moving a lot and didn't give me much confidence – he explained Andrea Locatelli – plus I didn't feel much support on the front when entering fast corners. All this, combined with the traffic that didn't allow us to complete a clean lap, relegated us to the back of the grid. Physically, however, I still have some difficulties: to push hard you need to move quickly on the bike, while in some points of the track I'm still slow and consequently I'm losing ground. However, tomorrow I foresee a race with a big brawl and lots of overtaking, so we can try to move up a few positions."
