Moto3 Assen, GP: Pecco Bagnaia 11th after a wonderful brawl, "It's a shame to have lost so many positions on the first lap"
Not an easy race for the Team Mapfre Mahindra driver who still finished in the points
Moto3 2015 Netherlands GP: despite the excellent setup work completed by Pecco Bagnaia, the young Italian was delayed on the first lap of the race and was unable to fight with the leading group. However, Pecco was the author of a wonderful battle in the chasing group, with also contact with his teammate Guevara and Vinales, finishing in 11th place.
“Despite the difficult weekend we had – he said Pecco Bagnaia – yesterday we did an excellent job in qualifying which allowed us to start 10th today. It's a shame that we lost so many positions on the first lap and weren't able to recover them, in any case I think we could have stayed in the leading group. The bike set-up was positive, but we were still missing something. When I tried to brake deeply, many riders overtook me and slowed down. At a certain point in the race I tried to pass Juanfran while braking, while he was overtaking Vinales, and I inadvertently hit him. I am very sorry for causing the accident."
