Moto3 | Gp Misano FP1: Italian poker with Foggia, Fenati, Antonelli and Migno

Moto3 GP Misano San Marino and Riviera di Rimini Free Practice 1 – Sprint start for the Italians of the Moto3 class at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli, theater of the 14th stage of the 2021 MotoGP.

Italian poker with Dennis Foggia, winner of the last Aragon Grand Prix ahead of Romano Fenati (Husqvarna Max Racing Team), Niccolò Antonelli (KTM Avintia) and Andrea Migno (Honda Snipers).

The Team Leopard driver set the best lap with a time of 1:42.009, finishing 0.370 ahead of Fenati. As mentioned, Antonelli and Migno follow, preceding the KTM Tech 3 of Deniz Oncu and the Honda of Tatsuki Suzuki's SIC58 Squadra Corse.

Closing out the Top Ten are Izan Guevara (GasGas Aspar), Jaume Masia (KTM Red Bull Ajo), Xavier Artigas (Honda Leopard) and Gabriel Rodrigo (Honda Gresini).

Stefano Nepa (KTM BOE) is 13th, ahead of the world championship leader Pedro Acosta (KTM Red Bull Ajo), while the rookie Matteo Bertelle riding the KTM of Team Bardahl VR46 Riders Academy is excellent 16th, immediately behind Sergio Garcia (GasGas) .

The other Italians are: Elia Bartolini 18th, Riccardo Rossi 20th and Alberto Surra 27th.
