Moto2 Valencia FP3: Morbidelli leads, Pasini is sixth
The 2017 world champion preceded Miguel Oliveira and Alex Marquez
Valencian Community GP Valencia Moto2 Free Practice 3 – Franco Morbidelli set the best time in the third and final free practice session of the Moto2 class in Valencia.
The new world champion set the best lap with a time of 1:35.600, a time that allowed him to beat Miguel Oliveira's KTM by just 37 thousandths, the latter winner of the last two races held at Phillip Island and Sepang.
Third and fourth times for the two team-mates of the Italian and the Portuguese; Alex Marquez is in fact third, followed by the South African Brad Binder.
Fifth time for the Swiss Dominique Aegerter, who preceded our Mattia Pasini, the Spaniard Richy Cardus, the German Marcel Schrotter and the “Rookie of The Year” Francesco Bagnaia, riding the Team Sky VR46 Kalex. The Malaysian Hafizh Syahrin closes the Top Ten.
The other Italians are Andrea Locatelli nineteenth, Simone Corsi twenty-second, Luca Marini twenty-eighth, Stefano Manzi twenty-ninth and Lorenzo Baldassarri thirty.
