Moto2 – Toni Elias the fastest in Misano

Not very kind weather today in Misano Adriatico for the Moto2 riders. On the track, in addition to the Team Gresini duo formed by Toni Elias (in the photo by “motociclismo.es”) and the Russian debutant Vladimir Ivanov, also the Team Scot riders Alex De Angelis and Niccolò Canepa and the Team Jir rider Mattia Pasini. These riders who had not tested in Barcelona had to deal with the low temperatures (around 10ºC). The fastest was the Spaniard Elias (1'56.49) while Niccolò Canepa suffered a head injury in a fall.
JiR Moto2 has also formalized the agreement with Simone Corsi who, as already written a few days ago, has terminated the contract with Team WRB, a team that will not participate in the world championship due to lack of funds.
