FROM MILAN - The livery of the new one was officially presented MV Agusta F2, the bike that will bring the historic Italian brand back to the world championship after forty-two years of absence.

The setting chosen for the presentation ceremony was the splendid workshop of Garage Italia of Viale Certosa in Milan, where since 2015 the men led by Lapo Elkann have been customizing cars and motorbikes, churning out true masterpieces of style and elegance. Sandro Donato Grosso and Vera Spadini hosted the evening, presenting and conversing with the various guests who took to the stage.

First of all the Team Owner of MV Agusta Forward Racing Team Giovanni Cuzari, who made no secret of being very proud of having brought back to the world championship a brand capable of winning thirty-seven world championships, thus becoming a true icon of motorcycling. Then it was the turn of the President of MV Agusta Giovanni castiglioni, who was keen to underline once again how his family is the true soul of the company.

The two pilots then intervened, Stefano manzi e Dominique Aegerter, to whom Cuzari and Castiglioni have entrusted the burden of bringing La. back to the top of the world championship MV Agusta. Milena Koerner, Team Manager; Carlo Pernat, External Relation Chief and Martina Cuzari, Communication & Marketing, then preceded the entire team on stage for what was the most awaited moment of the evening: the presentation of the livery.

The new MV Agusta F2 features the inevitable fiery red on a white background. The green details are reminiscent of the tricolor flag, while the yellow number plates give a vintage tone that can only evoke wonderful memories in the minds of more mature enthusiasts. The frame is a tubular steel trellis with aluminum plates. The suspensions are supplied by Ohlins, the exhaust by SC-Project, while the engine is the Triumph 3-cylinder 765 cm3 which will equip all Moto2 bikes starting from the 2019 season. The minimum weight of the bike with the rider on the saddle is set at 217 kg .
