Australian GP Phillip Island Moto2 Warm Up – In the Australian rain, Francesco Bagnaia is the fastest. The Sky Racing Team VR46 driver beat Sandro Cortese by 16 thousandths in the final. Third time for Augusto Fernandez (SpeedUp).

Fourth time for Jesko Raffin, followed by Fabio Quartararò and Dominique Aegerter.

Behind the Swiss, Xavi Vierge, Takaaki Nakagami and Hafizh Syahrin. Tetsuta Nagashima completes the top ten.

Out of the ten, Simone Corsi (SpeedUp), by just 92 thousandths.

Technical problems stopped world leader Franco Morbidelli (Marc Vds), who finished in twelfth position, but only managed to complete 12 laps. The main rival in the title race, Thomas Luthi, suffered a violent fall, fortunately without consequences.

Thirteenth time for poleman Mattia Pasini (ItalTrans), who precedes his teammate, Andrea Locatelli, in 15th position.

The other Italians Stefano Manzi (Sky Racing Team VR46), 22nd, Lorenzo Baldassarri (Forward), 23rd, Luca Marini (Forward), 29th.
