Moto2 | GP Valencia Qualifying: Second pole of the season for Luca Marini
Vierge and Schrotter complete the front row, Bagnaia fourth
Moto2 GP Valencia Qualifying – Luca Marini wins the pole of the Moto2 class Valencia Grand Prix, the last stage of the 2018 MotoGP.
The Sky Racing Team VR46 driver, on the now dry asphalt of the Spanish circuit, stopped the clock at 1:35.777, winning his second pole of the season.
Second time for Xavi Vierge, trailing by just 27 thousandths, ahead of Marcel Schrotter.
Francesco Bagnaia (Sky Racing Team VR46) takes the second row under the checkered flag and will start fourth ahead of Lorenzo Baldassarri (HP Pons) and Sam Lowes.
Seventh time for Joan Mir (Estrella Galicia) who finished ahead of Fabio Quartararo (Speed Up) and Miguel Oliveira (KTM Ajo), who completes the top ten.
Out of the ten is Simone Corsi (Tasca Racing) who will start from thirteenth place tomorrow, ahead of Mattia Pasini (ItalTrans). Andrea Locatelli (ItalTrans) will start from the 18th spot. Only 28th Federico Fuligni.
