Moto2 | Misano GP: Jorge Martin still positive for Covid-19, Pasini in his place
"I'm very happy to be back on track" said the Italian
MotoGP 2020 Coronavirus – After testing positive for Covid-19 and missing the San Marino and Riviera GP, Jorge Martin will also miss the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix, again on the Misano circuit.
This complicates the Spaniard's world championship bid as he is currently 33 points behind Luca Marini, world championship leader, which will only increase on Sunday. In place of #88, Mattia Pasini will race for the first time with the Red Bull KTM Ajo. “Paso” has extensive World Championship and Moto2 experience and knows the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli well, having won there in 125cc and taken a podium in 250cc.
