IRTA Portimao Moto2 and Moto3 tests – Aron Canet in Moto2 and Jaume Masia in Moto3 were the fastest riders on the first day of IRTA testing in Portimao.

Masia was the fastest in Moto3 with a time of 1'48.416, a time obtained in the third session of Day 1. The Team Leopard rider brought his Honda ahead of three other bikes from the Japanese manufacturer, those of Romano Fenati (Snipers ), Tatsuki Suzuki (Leopard) and Riccardo Rossi (SIC58 Squadra Corse).
