Moto2 Austin, Free Practice 1: Zarco ahead of Simeon, Corsi is fifth
The Frenchman from Team AirAsia Caterham is the fastest in FP1 at COTA

Johann Zarco set the fastest time in the first free practice session of the Moto2 class in Austin, Texas. The Team Caterham rider stopped the clock at 2:11.788, just 159 thousandths ahead of the Belgian Xavier Simeon, riding the Team Gresini Suter.
Third time for Esteve Rabat, riding the Kalex of the Marc VDS Racing Team. The Spanish rider (winner at Losail) is ahead of the Swiss Dominique Aegerter (Suter Technomag carXpert) and our Simone Corsi, who races with the Forward KLX.
Sixth time for the Japanese Takaaki Nakagami, seventh for the 2013 Moto3 champion Maverick Vinales and eighth for Mattia Pasini, Corsi's team-mate.
Alex de Angelis with the Suter of Team Tasca Racing closed the session with the fourteenth time, while Lorenzo Baldassarri and Franco Morbidelli achieved the twenty-sixth and twenty-ninth time respectively.
