Moto2 German GP Sachsenring Qualifying – Pedro Acosta obtained the pole position of the Moto2 class German Grand Prix, seventh race of the 2023 Motorcycle World Championship.

The winner of Mugello achieved it with a time of 1:23.858, achieving his first pole of the season, second in Moto2 after Le Mans 2022.

On the front row with the #37 of Team Red Bull Ajo there will be the World Championship leader Tony Arbolino (Marc VDS) and Jake Dixon (Aspar), 0.269s and 0.300s behind.

Aron Canet, Team Pons rider, will open the second row with the fourth time and will have Alonso Lopez (SpeedUp) and Sam Lowes (Marc VDS) alongside him.

Somkiat Chantra (Team Asia) achieved the seventh fastest time and will share the third row with Fermin Aldeguer (SpeedUp) and Albert Arenas (Red Bull Ajo).

Celestino Vietti, Fantic, Racing rider finished 11th, while Dennis Foggia (Italtrans) and Lorenzo Dalla Porta will start from 22nd and 25th place after failing to pass Q1.
