The weather was the protagonist of the third and final day of testing in Valencia. Many teams in fact chose to abandon the track after the rain fell last night and this morning but in the afternoon the sun came out and Alex De Angelis on the Team Scot Moto2 achieved the best time with a time of 1'37 ″687, a time about half a second away from that set yesterday by the Spaniard Julian Simon. Behind the San Marino were Toni Elias with the Moriwaki of Team Gresini (1'38"187 for him) and Gabor Talmacsi who clocked 1'38"716 with the FTR.

Behind the Hungarian we find Sergio Gadea, Shoya Tomizawa and Dominique Aegerter. Alex Baldolini instead achieved the ninth time, Claudio Corti the eleventh, Raffaele De Rosa the thirteenth, Niccolò Canepa the fourteenth, Mattia Pasini the sixteenth and Simone Corsi the eighteenth. In the 125cc only three riders lapped, in order of times Jonas Folger (1'48"469), Jakub Kornfeil (1'54"401) and Jasper Iwema (1'58"760). Here are the words of De Angelis.

Alex De Angelis (1st, 1.37.687): “The best thing, after the first half obviously, is that we were the only ones to lower the time on Tuesday on a track that was damp at times today. This is a positive sign because the modification to the front end tested worked very well. At the moment, all the adjustments and modifications made to the bike have proven to be right, the feeling between me and the bike continues to improve and consequently also the feeling between me and the crew chief Caprara. It's clear that we can't just refer to this track, we'll also need to see if we continue to improve on the others, but for now we're happy with the work done."
